Linsey joined our team as a student at the Lawrence County Career Technical Center, studying in the Veterinary Assistance program and came to us as the top student in her program. She is currently enrolled in Veterinary Technical Institute and studying to become an LVT.
Her interest in animals stems from growing up on a farm with 6 dogs: Ginger, a Pit Bull Mix, Lucy, a Beagle mix, Angel, a Beagle, Oh, Shroomie and Rocky, German Shorthaired Pointers.
She has 2 cats, Pumpkin, an orange tabby and Bobcat, a DSH.
Her other animals include 3 pygmy cross goats, 3 horses, Whisper, a 24 year old Quarter Horse, Dexter, a 15 year old Quarter Horse and Siri, a 17 year old American Saddlebred, a herd of Hereford and Limousin cattle, and chickens.
In her free time, she enjoys riding her horses, competing at horse shows and rodeos, and playing with her dogs.
Being in this field of work has always been her dream, because she is passionate about helping animals and their owners.
